il problema è probabilmente che con le nuove versioni dell'SDK i comandi adb sono stati spostati da "tools" a "platform-tools".
Se copi la cartella Superuser in platform-tools e ti sposti in questa cartella, modifica i comandi in questo modo:

adb push Superuser/bin/su /system/xbin/su
adb push Superuser/bin/su /system/bin/su
adb shell chmod 4755 /system/xbin/su
adb shell chmod 4755 /system/bin/su
adb install Superuser/bin/Superuser.apk
