Per una politica del forum, non posso mettere links che mandino a siti esterni a questo, dunque per entrare in recovery devi cercare tu su google.
Per la rom, metti pure la cyanogen - basta che tu prima faccia un wipe da recovery, perdendo tutte le configurazioni del sistema - ;)
Il loop al boot probabilmente era dato dal fatto che non avevi fatto il wipe...

Per il recovery ok, Home + Accensione
Ma solo la rom? La radio e quelle robe li?

Dipende da cosa flashi, se per esempio vuoi mettere un cyanogenmod serie 4 non servono radio e spl nuovi, mentre per la 5 e per la 6 sì...
Se vuoi flasharli, ricordati: prima il radio, poi l'SPL. Se fai l'inverso bricki.
