Vorrei presentare questa splendida ROM. In quanto possessore di un Magic32B posto questo in questa sezione ma ovvimaente la Biffmode 2.1 va bene anche per Dream
Subito alcune info:

Release Name: BiffMod
Release Version: V2.1
Base Firmware: 2.2.1
Radio Required: 2.22.23.02
SPL Required: Death SPL
Partition Layout: 32MB Linux-Swap/512MB EXT4/FAT32
Wipe Required: Full wipe each flash (unless otherwise stated)
Special instructions: Give 3 minutes+ to boot please, If you are using the MTD Part Hacks Remove it before installing you dont need it.

Features:
Froyo (2.2.1) (As Plain as it gets)
Launcher2
Apps2Ext
Speed
Stabilty
Performance
Multitasking

Chiariamo...l'aggiornamento di Radio e Spl non è necessario, la ROM si può flesharla tranquillamente, così come non è necessaria la partizione swap. Tuttavia io consiglio vivamente di passare a nuovi Radio e Spl in quanto si guadagnano 15Mb in memoria e nn sn pochi, ve lo garantisco anche perchè l'ho provata prima e dopo l'aggiornamento.

Io ho l'spl .2005 e il radio 2.22.23.02, dunque il DangerSPL e la radio "aggiornata"...

Fammi indovinare, la compatibilità della rom con il radio aggiornato dipende dal kernel da flashare giusto?
Il brutto dell'SPL 0013 è che non permette di eseguire i comandi fastboot... Va beh dai, farò questa prova, tanto poi posso fare il downgrade (l'ho già fatto una volta)...

Cosa significa che nn permette di eseguire i comandi fastboot?

Provata, sul mio Dream è un chiodo... Rimossa subito, rimessi vecchi Radio e SPL e la vecchia buona 1.6...

A me va lentissima con swap, JIT, launcher di default e apps2sdext (che probabilmente è il vero problema, ma io non rinuncio alle mie apps, se no perché ho comprato uno smartphone?).
Comunque l'SPL 0013 non permette di eseguire comandi dal pc via fastboot. Prova ad avviare il telefono da fastboot e fare per esempio fastboot erase boot oppure dopo esserti scaricato un'immagine di boot a fare fastboot boot immagine.fastboot e vedrai che rimane costantemente in attesa...
