Sto per andare in america in ferie e il mio dream verrà con me. Tendenzialmente eviterò di collegarmi visti i costi, ma in caso di emergenza uso gli apn italiani anche li o devo impostare quelli americani?

Ciao sicarius,
se userai la SIM italiana all'estero, devi continuare ad usare l'APN del tuo gestore: ma okkio alle tariffe dati in roaming internazionale :!: ti consiglio di attivare qualche promozione per poter usare i dati all'estero.

Se invece decidi di acquistare una prepagata USA (cambiando SIM e numero di telefono), alllora devi anche impostare l'APN del gestore estero.

Grazie per la celere risposta Zoltan. a questo punto terrò l'apn sempre spento salvo emergenza...e usero solo il wifi (negli alberghi dove vado è gratis)!!! ;)

Figurati.
ti segnalo anche che se vai nei settings di Android, trovi l'opzione per abilitare o meno i dati in roaming: basta disabilitare l'opzione (qualora fosse abilitata) per far si che il telefono non si colleghi ad internet.
